General Subset

[Survey Satisfaction Information]: Defines an entity (previously created of list type) that will contain the survey question or header and the options to grant as classification to the customer. In the entity, the "entity format" option can be enabled, where a custom format can be selected for the classification data, this is oriented to the presentation in the widget channel provided by Lynn. Below the detail:

To manipulate the custom format for the classification data, enter the target classification entity for the survey and edit the "Entity Formatter" field, there you can select the following options:

  • Option LIKE For this option, the entity should be configured with a list of two (2) options, which will be reflected in the reporting, it is recommended (YES/NO), the visualization will be shown as like and dislike.

--Example: **Entity Name:ClassificationEntry-> (LIST)

  Entity Name:ClassificationEntry-> (LIST) YES/NO

  • STARS option

For this option, the entity can be configured with list values from 1 to 9, the display will be stars:

 Entity: ClassificationEntry -> (LIST) 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9

  • FACES Option

For this option, the entity must be configured with a numbered list from 1 to 7. The result will be a list of emotion emoticons. Important: It will not display any information if it has a different configuration.

 Entity:  ClasificationEntry -> (LIST) Muy malo /Malo / Poco malo / Regular / Poco bueno / Bueno / Muy bueno

👁️‍🗨️ The difference between list values Example 1 and Example 2 will correspond to the values observed in the survey reports or their destination for presentation in different channels.

[Error Handler]: Checkbox where the intention to be activated in case of an error in the "Satisfaction Survey" action is identified. When an error overflow is executed the entity Write_Customer_Satisfaction_Survey_Error, will be loaded with the error detail if it is available.

To retrieve the results obtained from the customer survey, the 'Survey Result' report must be added to the Lynn (tenant) application. To add this report, see Resports.

To view the report go to Graphs -> Lynn-dashboard-*[tenant]-autogenerate. The value obtained from this survey will be found in the Survey Value*** column of that graph.
