Chat Engine Integrator Module

This module is directly associated with the messaging orchestrator, being able to associate multiple chat engines to an application and manage its derivatives. This module is also responsible for transferring data from the interaction as "UserData" so that it can be managed in the chat engines themselves.

Its main functions are:

• Support certified chat engine integrations.

• Manage puppet nodes.

• Manage configurations identified as derivation.

• Support the transfer relationship to queue.

• Configuration interface of elements affected by queue and variables of the interaction (LMC).

• Manage the business parameters against Genesys chat engines.

• Safeguard session arguments.
