Functionality: Enables the creation or updating of a ticket in Zendesk.

Pre requisites:

Entities for customer data must be created, for example, email address, customer name, and a subject or topic under which the new Zendesk ticket will be opened.

Configuration for Create/Update Zendesk Ticket

Customer Identification (Required)

[Variable containing the customer's email]: Text field to indicate the entity containing the customer's email.

Example: zdesk_email_1 <-- cliente@gmail.com

[Variable containing the customer's name]: Text field to indicate the entity containing the customer's name.

Example: zdesk_nombre_1 <-- pepito pƩrez

[Variable containing the subject of the new ticket]: Text field where a ticket number to create or update can be defined.

Example: categorizaciĆ³n_1 <-- Sales

[Created Ticket Number]: Text field where a ticket number to create or update can be defined.

Example: 000

Error Handler (Required)

[Attempt to redirect in case of error. The error description will be placed in an entity named: Zendesk_Error]: Dropdown box identifying the action to be activated in case of an error occurring with this extension module.

Zendesk System (Required)

[Zendesk service base URL]: Text field where the URL for integration with Zendesk provided by the client's service administrator must be indicated.

Example: https://xxxxxxxxx.zendesk.com

[Zendesk User]: Text field where the user designated for integration with Zendesk provided by the client's service administrator must be indicated.

Example: xxxxxx@empresa.com

[User Password]: Text field where the password for integration with Zendesk must be indicated.

Example: XXXXXXX
