Channel hub

Manages the connectivity of ingest channel connectors and interactions towards Lynn, this component is dedicated by applicative/tenant. the hub Channel Manager works with two types of systems called gateways or “Gateway”: Messaging GW and Voice GW.

Its use is limited to productive instances, being replaced in development by the "Development Channels or Channel Sandbox" component.

Gateway Messaging

Concentrates the integration connectors of RRSS and other integrations, provides an additional layer of session resiliency and manages the interactions associated with a Service Bus subscription that supports message management and release over the Messaging Core. His implementation enables the use of the Chat Lynn channel (Lynn widget).

Voice Gateway

Is dedicated to handling sessions for voice and its management capabilities and response time are optimized for consumption direct from transcribers and NLU. Its implementation enables the use of the Voice channel.
