Description: Extension module that allows updating a contact.

Functionality: Enables the update of a contact previously created in Genesys Cloud.

For its configuration, the following parameters must be taken into account:

Pure Cloud Update Contact Configuration Fields (Required)

[Name] Unique descriptor for configuration box identification in the flow.

[Region to use.] Dropdown list where the region must be selected.

[Client ID for token creation.] GUID field indicating the Client ID of the Genesys Cloud API for creating connection tokens.

[Client secret token for creation.] Alphanumeric string field where the client's creation token or secret for connecting to Genesys Cloud must be specified.

[Contact list identifier.] String Expression field where you must specify the list of contacts you want to update, which is previously loaded in Genesys Cloud.

[Contact ID.] String Expression field where you must specify the ID of the contact list you want to update, which is previously loaded in Genesys Cloud.

[An ordered map of contact columns and corresponding values.] Field where JSON must be entered.

[The intention to execute in case of error. The action flow will be interrupted, and the error description will be passed to the selected intention with the name:'PURE_CLOUD_OUTBOUND_ON_ERROR'.] Dropdown list where the entity name for error handling must be selected.
