Functionality: Use this module to mark each option in a menu and enable Lynn to tally the number of interactions a customer had with that menu option.

For configuration, the following parameters should be considered:

Write Customize Navigation Mark Configuration (Required)

[Synchronize the execution of the action with the display of messages by the customer]: A boolean field. When selecting "Yes," it synchronizes the "mark" action with the display of messages by the customer, meaning it has a high-priority write in Lynn's logs. When marking "NO," the marks are stored and written with low priority.

[The string contains the name of the navigation mark]: A text field where you define the name of the mark.

[The entity contains the value of the navigation mark]: A field where you should create or select the entity that will contain the value of the navigation mark.
