Overview of the Interface
-
Filters: Allows you to select the division and date range to query.
-
Total Conversations: Displays the total number of conversations counted in that application (tenant) according to the selected date range.
Definition: A conversation consists of all messages exchanged by an end customer using a Channel with a specific Service configuration within a 24-hour period.
-
Total Dialogues: Allows you to view the total number of dialogues trafficked in that application (tenant) according to the selected date range.
Definition: A dialogue consists of the set of words that form a phrase that the customer sends in a single message.

Notifications: Allows you to view the total number of notifications executed in that application (tenant) according to the selected date range.

-
Dialogues by Channel: A pie chart that allows you to visualize the total number of dialogues per channel configured in the application, using colors to distinguish each channel.
Definition: A channel corresponds to an identifier of the social network or messaging software used by the End Customer to write messages. Example: WhatsApp, Teams, Twitter.
-
Dialogue History by Channel: A line graph that shows the total quantities of dialogues over a period of time, using colors to distinguish each channel. This is a complement to the Dialogues by Channel graph.
