Description: Advanced functionality. Sends a proactive notification message that will be received by all subscribed Administrator users to the 'General Business Notification' notification type of the LYNN (LPNS) proactive messaging service.

Functionality: Allows sending a message to subscribed users with notifications of the tenant, to, for example, notify when there are no agents connected to a queue or when a certain integration with a backend service is not working. These notifications have a limit of a maximum of 72 notifications per tenant per day and a maximum of 3 per hour.

Configuration Fields Business Notification

[Name]: Unique descriptor of the configuration box for identification purposes in the flow.

Subset of settings related to the message to be sent in available languages

[Expression that defines the message to be sent in Spanish]:Defines an expression that will contain the message to be sent through the notification subscribed by the client when selecting the Spanish language. This text must be entered in single quotes.

Example: 'Welcome to Lynn Spanish'

[Expression that defines the message to be sent in Portuguese]: Defines an expression that will contain the message to be sent through the notification subscribed by the client when selecting the Portuguese language. This text must be entered in single quotes.

Example: ‘Welcome to Lynn Portuguese’

[Expression that defines the message to be sent in English]: Defines an expression that will contain the message to be sent through the notification subscribed by the client when selecting the English language. This text must be entered in single quotes.

Example: ‘Welcome to Lynn English’

[Error Handler]: A dropdown box where the intention that will be activated in case of an error in the "Business Notification" action is identified. When an error overflow occurs, the Business_Notification_Error entity will be loaded with the error detail if it is available.

The output result will depend on the language selection with which the subscription was configured. If the configuration was made in Spanish, the output text will be:

It should be noted that in order to receive notifications, the administrator must have an active business notification subscription. See the section on proactive notifications.
