Send voice note from agent to client (Genesys + Lynn) Status: Released Description: Enables a Genesys agent to record and send audio directly to the end user using a Lynn tool. For this, a Script is configured in Genesys with a button (e.g., “Send voice note”), which when pressed executes a URL with the necessary parameters (tenant, channel, service, agent, etc.). Agent Connected event capture in Open Messaging Status: Released Description: The “Agent Connected” event capture functionality in Open Messaging detects when a Genesys agent is assigned to an interaction and notifies Lynn. The system listens for the user.start event, triggered when the interaction reaches the agent. If the queue has AutoAnswer, the agent connects immediately and the event is sent. Otherwise, if the agent must answer manually, an additional validation ensures the interaction was actually answered, avoiding false positives. See Agent Connected Event in Open Messaging
Audio management from Lynn designer Status: Released Description: This functionality allows managing and organizing tenant audio files so they can be reused in self-service flows. From the Audio Configuration window, files can be uploaded, edited, and managed as needed. These audios can later be used in dialog-type actions, enabling personalized responses in voice channels and providing more natural and coherent user experiences.
Integration with Genesys Cloud Audio Connector Status: Released Description: This channel enables communication between Lynn and the Genesys Cloud voice service, using Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech mechanisms to deliver a complete conversational experience. While Genesys manages the audio, Lynn interprets and responds with processed text. Therefore, the IVR design can be created directly from Lynn. See Genesys Cloud Audio Connector

Calendar Functionality Status: Released Description: This new calendar functionality allows for the creation of detailed schedules or time slots, defining customer service availability by setting specific periods of service or non-service. This can be applied to workgroups or queues of the different chat engines managed by Lynn, providing flexibility to tailor customer service based on specific needs. Dialog Extensions Module Review Status: Released Description: The ability to reorganize the deployment of multiple dialogs by using a "drag" button has been added, allowing you to determine the order in which the dialogs are displayed.

Improvements to the Flow Designer’s Graphical Interface Status: Released Description: These improvements will provide our developers with a more optimal interface. They are described below: Changes in the Flow Diagram: - Change in the main tenant graphic. - In the main tenant graphic, both the testing and production environments appear (depending on where the tenant is deployed). - In the main tenant graphic, the environment where the developer is active is highlighted. - You can check the history of each element (Edit, PAP, Create). - A tag has been added to identify the environment of each element. Orange background: unsynchronized element. Green background: synchronized element. If the tag does not appear, the element is not present. - You can delete a Layout that you are not using without needing to reload the entire diagram. - The icon for entities has been changed to an @. - Elements can be deleted from any environment. Channel Visualization: - All tenant channels are visible (both testing and production). - Channel services are now editable in all environments. - In the extension modules, channels from all environments are also shown. - Channel configurations are only editable in the environment where they were created. In any other environment, you can only view the configurations. Flow Element Locking: - Locks are displayed by environment; in testing and production, elements cannot be edited and appear locked in red. Element Limits in the Diagram: - Only 400 elements per Layout are allowed. - You cannot copy or create a Layout with more than 400 elements. - The 400-element limit per Layout does NOT include channels. - For Layouts that already have more than 400 elements, no more than 300 additional elements can be added. - For Layouts that already have more than 400 elements, a table will appear allowing you to split your Layout. AutoLayout Function (Automatic Reorganization of Diagram Elements): - You will have the option to sort the elements in your Layout automatically. Production Deployment: - Change in the organizational chart: Users and the tenant’s PAP are no longer shown together; the PAP is now separate from the Widget and the cognitive components. - A user PAP is no longer necessary (a user has the same permissions in all environments).
Integration with Azure AD B2C Authentication Status: Released Description: Azure Active Directory B2C provides enterprise identity as a service to customers. Customers use their social, enterprise, or local account identities to obtain single sign-on access. Lynn can integrate with Azure Active Directory B2C to offer users a secure and personalized authentication experience.

Enhanced Elements: Direct Deflections Between Channels (Preview) Status: Released Description: A procedure has been released that enables scheduling campaigns with cross-channel support to handle deflection cases (e.g., FB wall to MSN, Voice to WhatsApp, Twitter Mentions to MD, among others). This is subject to the restrictions imposed by social networks. Proactive Configurations Subject to PAP (Preview) Status: Released Description: Proactive configurations are now subject to traditional environment management, meaning that actions and other resources that share proactive utilities can view production-associated resources in read-only mode (e.g., channels) in the development environment.
