Reports

Lynn has the ability to include report graphics associated with the transactions that occur around an application, these graphics are configured in the Lynn designer and according to its persistence according to the environment it can be up to a year. When accessing the Reports section, it will be consulted about the established time range for consultation or if this has not been defined, it can adjust it for each graph to customize the report dashboard.

Reports related to LMC can provide access to relevant information on queue metrics, recurring users, exploitation of post-attention surveys and much more.

The application graphics are classified according to their offer:

Static offer

They are the predesigned and self-installable graphics of Lynn, you just need to activate them in the designer.

Dynamic offer

They are those graphics designed on demand and imported as additional graphics to a tenant (they can be fed by data from external services that are transacted in Lynn).
