Themes

Themes are the different designs in which the widget will be presented on the client's website. For this, as many themes as desired can be created and the theme that will be shown will be the one selected as default.

A name and description can be placed to know what type of theme has been designed.

Configuration

General Appearance Section

Here the different graphic elements of the widget's general design are configured.

Header section

Here, the different design elements of the widget header are configured.

This section is optional and is configured in case of having frequently asked questions or security information.

Button Section

In this section the graphic elements of the button that will open the widget are configured, either presenting the form, as well as presenting the chat with which the user will interact with Lynn creating an interaction.

Chat Section

This section defines the graphical elements that compose the widget's chat, such as the bot's or executive's bubbles (left) and the customer's bubbles (right).

It also configures menus in a general way. According to the configuration of the executive bubble.

The sending box can also be adjusted.

The bot box will show as description, the name that has been defined for the tenant.

Section of the Form

If the form is active, a form will be presented to the user of the widget where the corresponding data will be requested:

  • Criterion: user identification value, RUT, phone, email, etc.
  • Identification: It is the way the user will identify himself in front of Lynn or the executive. Normally it is the person's name.

You can also add all the necessary fields according to the client's need. The information sent through the form is considered "User Data" or the information of the user's interaction.

Advanced Section

In this section, direct adjustments to the widget css can be made. If the client has the support of a web designer, a stylesheet can be defined to overwrite the basic widget styles.

Tips

The design changes are not reflected on the widget.
