Architecture

The channel is configured in the tenant diagram, from there you can go to the theme configuration and finally it is included in the customer's page for deployment.

Widget Channel

It is the chat that can be included in the client's web page and allows interactions through Lynn.

This channel is available in the tenant diagram. Where it can be configured and allows to define its look & feel.

Sandbox Channels

It is a tool oriented to facilitate the interactions with the channels that is indispensable to test the channels in a Development environment, giving access to the most outstanding transactional channels simply by subscribing a code that is generated in the tenant properties, in this way the waiting times and preconditions to test our developments with a channel-oriented integration are avoided, this feature is available in the Development environment and does not affect other environments. The channels available in Lynn Channels Sandbox may vary according to Lynn's channel offering.
