Productivity

This productivity report provides a detailed breakdown of actions executed on the elements of a flow diagram within the tenant, such as creations, edits, deletions, and other modifications. It also includes specific information about the users responsible for each action, along with the time and date it was performed.

All charts in the report include an interactive legend that allows for dynamic data exploration. Each item in the legend represents a data group. By clicking on one of these items, the associated values disappear from the chart, enabling focus on the behavior of the remaining categories and improving interpretation.

Operations

This pie chart illustrates the distribution of activities performed within a tenant’s flow diagram, where each slice represents a specific activity category. The slices are distinguished not only by the type of activity but also by the element that was modified. Different colors are used for each slice, making it easier to identify the different activity categories at a glance.

Data Interpretation

  • Uniform activity count: All categories have the same number of occurrences (1), indicating an even distribution among the various types of performed activities.
  • Diverse activity types: Includes actions related to intent routing (Intent_Routing), executive session management (Executive_ClearSessions, Executive_ClearQueue), diagram editing (Diagram_BlockElement, Intent_Edit), among others.
  • Distinct colors: Each activity type is represented by a unique color, aiding identification of elements in the flow diagram.
  • Level of detail: The legend clearly indicates each activity with its respective count (1), helping interpret the chart without ambiguity.

Use Case

Description: A platform administrator audits recent modifications to a tenant’s flow diagram to ensure that the changes made align with business rules.

Decision-making:

  • If an unexpected action is detected, such as the deletion of a diagram block, the admin can review who made the change and assess its impact on the attention flow.
  • If the activity distribution matches planned changes, the admin can approve the modifications without further adjustments.

User Activity

This chart aims to provide a clear view of the distribution of activities among users interacting with a tenant’s flow diagram, allowing monitoring of participation, detection of usage patterns, and optimization of responsibility management. By visualizing which users have made the most modifications, administrators can make informed decisions regarding task assignment, permission levels, or training needs. Additionally, the chart facilitates auditing and control, helping identify possible unauthorized modifications or assess each user’s impact on system configuration.

This bar chart illustrates the number of activities performed by each user in a tenant’s flow diagram. The X-axis displays user names, while the Y-axis represents the total number of activities performed.

Each bar corresponds to a specific user, and its height indicates the number of activities they have executed. This chart provides a quick view of how activities are distributed among different users, making it easy to identify the most active contributors in diagram management.

Detailed Activity

This table details the activities previously shown in the pie chart. It is organized by user and provides a clear view of the actions performed in the tenant’s flow diagram. Each row represents a specific activity and includes the following columns:

  1. User: Name of the user who performed the activity.
  2. Date: The date on which the activity was recorded.
  3. Element: The element targeted by the action (Entity, Intent, Diagram).
  4. Action: The type of activity performed in the diagram:
    • Create: An element is added.
    • Edit: The properties of an element are modified.
    • Examples: Training phrases are added to a cognitively trained intent.
    • Paste: A previously copied element is pasted.
    • Delete: The element is removed.
  5. Element Name: Indicates the specific name of the modified element.
  6. An indication of whether the activity was executed successfully or not.

This table provides a detailed breakdown that complements the pie chart, enabling monitoring of user activity and effectiveness when making system changes.

Activity

This line chart illustrates the number of activities performed in a tenant over time. The X-axis represents time, segmented into intervals based on the selected time range, while the Y-axis shows the total number of executed activities.

The curve reveals activity trends, showing increases or decreases in the number of actions performed during different periods.
