Lynn Reporting

The Lynn Reporting module enables the analysis of data generated throughout the lifecycle of an interaction. Through customizable charts and dashboards, tenant administrators can evaluate user behavior across the application's flows.

Reports are available in all three Lynn environments (Testing, QA, and Production) and provide visibility into key performance, activity, and system usage metrics.

The dashboards present metrics related to user interactions, flow performance, and system efficiency, enabling administrators to:

  • Gain an overall view of the system.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Detect issues or inefficiencies.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions.

Users have access to all available dashboards and can view them based on the metrics they want to analyze and the desired reporting time range.

Data Filters

When a dashboard is selected, a filter panel is displayed, allowing users to customize the information shown according to specific criteria.

  • Tenant: Select input used to choose the tenant whose report will be displayed from a drop-down list containing the IDs and names of all tenants available in Lynn.
  • Environment: Select input used to choose the environment from which the data will be displayed. Available environments are Testing, QA, and Production.
  • Date: Select input used to define the reporting period. Available options include predefined ranges (Last 5 minutes, Last 30 minutes, Last 1 hour, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This Month), with the current day as the maximum available date. A Custom Range option is also available, allowing users to select an exact date and time interval using a calendar.
  • Divisions: Checkbox input used to select all divisions or only specific tenant divisions to include in the report.
  • Channels: Checkbox input used to select all channels or only the configured tenant channels to include in the report.
  • Services: Checkbox input used to select all services or only specific tenant services to include in the report.

The Lynn Reporting module enables the exploration and analysis of data generated throughout the lifecycle of an interaction. Through customizable charts and dashboards, Lynn administrators can analyze user behavior during their interactions with application flows.

This document describes the configuration, activation, and access to the data generated by the reporting module, both through the user interface and via APIs.

The Lynn Reporting module allows tenant administrators to access multiple dashboards to analyze the behavior of application flows. These dashboards provide key insights into user interactions and their performance within Lynn.

Reports are available across all three Lynn environments (Testing, QA, and Production).

The Lynn Reporting module enables tenant administrators to analyze the performance of the flows designed within their applications through specialized dashboards. Each dashboard focuses on specific metrics that reflect key areas of performance and user interaction within Lynn.

Data Persistence

To ensure data integrity and availability, the reporting pipeline concludes with a persistence process in Azure Cosmos DB. This database serves as the system's single source of truth, storing the records required for efficient and dynamic report generation.
