Deprecations

In the table below, you will find information about functionalities that are being deprecated or are in the process of discontinuation. This includes aspects such as configurations, changes in APIs, compatibility with third-party components, and other relevant elements.

Functionality Announcement Date Applicable from::
Campaign Module V1 - Campaign Module Deprecation

Details: Starting May 29, 2026, the original Lynn campaign module will be permanently retired to make way for Campaigns V2. This improved version is already operational and provides enhanced processing capabilities and stability. We recommend migrating before the deadline.

How does it affect you?

  • Interface Access: The V1 administration console will be disabled. All operations will be centralized in the new interface (V2), which will simply be called Campaigns.
  • Operational Configuration: Since this is not an automatic migration, campaigns that have not been recreated and validated in V2 will stop running after the deadline.
  • Data Persistence: Although the interface will be removed, historical data will remain accessible via API (subject to data retention policies).

Recommended Actions: To ensure a smooth transition without productivity loss, it is recommended to follow this protocol:

  1. Progressive Migration: Since both versions currently coexist, start configuring campaigns in V2 in parallel to validate engine behavior before V1 is shut down.
  2. Equivalency Validation: If you detect metrics in V1 that are not visible in V2, contact the support team to evaluate the availability of those KPIs in the new environment.

Lynn Reporting - Deprecation of Lynn reports based on Kibana data sources

Details: As part of the platform’s technological evolution and the transition to a more robust and centralized data analytics model, the Reporting V1 module (Kibana-based) will enter its final retirement phase.

How does it affect you? Starting May 29, 2026, the Reporting V1 infrastructure will no longer be operational, leading to the following changes:

  • Dashboard Shutdown: Visualizations and dashboards configured in the legacy interface will no longer be accessible.
  • Visualization Migration: Custom reports that have not been recreated in the new architecture will not be automatically migrated.
  • Interface Unification: Access to operational data will be centralized exclusively in Lynn Reporting (V2).

Recommended Actions: To avoid losing visibility over your business metrics, the following actions must be taken before the cutoff date:

  1. Immediate Adoption of Lynn Reporting: Begin transitioning to the new tool to validate that your critical KPIs are available and properly represented.
  2. Custom Report Audit: Identify the specific dashboards your team uses in V1 and verify their equivalents in the new module.
  3. Equivalency Review: If a specific metric cannot be found in the new version, contact our support team to identify the corresponding query or data source.
